With our consignment service, you send us the PCBs and components and we will assemble for you in 1-3 days for small quantity orders. We accept the parts in any form of packaging - loose, cut tape or reels.

The kitting requirement will be sent to you after the order is being placed. Our SMT and through hole assembly price is shown below.

Free PCB: if you come to us for assembly and your boards meet the following requirements, we will make the printed circuit boards free without extra charge.

Specifications: 

- 2 layers, FR-4, 0.062”, 1.0 oz copper plate, HASL, Green LPI mask, white legend
- All holes are plated, minimum 0.012” line/space, minimum 0.015” hole size
- No limitation on boards’ quantities

Partial PCB Assembly Turn-key:

If you already have some parts available on hand and want us to order the rest of the components in BOM, it is fine; we are set up for flexibility. No minimum quantity is required! Place one purchase order to us and it will be done for you.

If you only want us to make BGA soldering on bare boards and leave other parts not populated, that is okay. No minimum order is for BGA assembly, BGA desoldering, BGA reballing. A few boards BGA prototype and BGA repair are welcome! X-Ray inspection is available.

Full Turn-Key:

Free yourself from the hassle of sourcing components! With our expertise and resources, we will make the PCBs, buy the components and then deliver to you the assembled circuit boards in 2 weeks from P/O date to dock date after confirming the parts availability in Digi-Key or Mouser inventory.

Please note that the total price will be comprised of assembly price, bare PCB price and components price. The PCB Price Matrix is shown below.

Procure Components:

Our components price in BOM is the cost at Digi-key, Mouser, AVnet, Arrow, Future, Newark or any of your preferred distributors. We only charge a handling fee (US$15.00 + $1.0 X Number of Line Items in BOM) for small quantity orders (1 – 50 boards). We will send you the original copy of the invoices from those distributors to make sure we put the correct parts on boards and you get the reasonable pricing from us. Any parts substitutions require your approval. For small volume orders, if requested, we can also buy those electronic components from AVnet, Arrow and Future in China to get a better price with the same quality. All those electronic components are from the same manufacturers.

First Article build:

When your order is over 25 boards, you may want us to build a few boards for testing and then build the rest with some changes in values or part numbers. We can do it without additional charge.
