Tough sourcing problems are one of our specialties. Bittele takes care of finding your Hard-To-Find parts.  Part crosses and substitutions, where possible, can be performed with your approval, in the case where the original parts are not obtainable. Bittele has its own unique global IC sources.  ICs made in Taiwan, Korea, Japan, mainland and other Asian regions can often be readily sourced.   Obsolete, Long Lead Time & other Hard to Find Electronic Components will be located for you, if any source can be found in our extensive supplier network.

 

Bittele's normal procurement cycle takes 5-7 days from the date the order is placed to the date the parts are in. Bittele also charges the lowest handling fee in the industry. Use of automated data acquisition systems, including barcode and RFID technology, helps facilitate this process by providing real-time inventory of all the materials on the shop floor. All parts received at our warehouse pass through quality checks. Some ICs also undergo Electrical Characteristic analysis.
